C Beyond Triple Serum SPF 40
Description
The first-of-its-kind serum with encapsulated Vitamin C, mineral SPF 40 and Niacinamide in a waterless base for brighter skin immediately and over time.
New encapsulation technology preserves the formula's efficacy and stability, providing actives that brighten, smooth, and protect skin in a potent, concentrated form. The weightless oils and Allantoin inside this waterless base soothe and nourish the skin. White cast is neutralized with a sheer, glowing finish, available in three translucent shades.
Suitable for all skin types, the C Beyond Triple Serum SPF 40 does not contain sulfates, parabens, or petrochemicals.

How to use
FOR: all skin types, including sensitive and dry.
Shake well for 10 seconds before use.
Dispense onto fingertips and/or apply directly onto face, patting lightly and smoothing. DO NOT RUB FORMULA between palms or fingertips before applying -- this will cause pilling.
Once applied, allow C Beyond to absorb into the skin on its own.
If your skin is very dry and requires additional moisture, we suggest using an oil-based product prior to applying C Beyond.
We recommend using a simple oil that is found within the C Beyond formula, like jojoba, squalane or meadowfoam seed oil.
These three oils mix well with C Beyond and will provide a boosted layer of moisture underneath C Beyond.

We couldn't wait to give this thing a whirl, as their Serum Sunscreen is already one of our favorites. This was excellent. It has a dewy, sheer finish, so makeup-free days will love this. After using the serum, wait a few minutes before applying further products. If you don't shake it well and pat it on instead of rubbing, it won't work as effectively. So remember to always pat it in! This product by Ilia is great to get that dewy, gorgeous summery finish!

Founder's story
Driven by her concern for “green washing”, her mother’s attentiveness to diet, healthy living and homeopathy which helped her brother, Zachary Ilia, to cure his acute asthma and severe allergies, Sasha Plavsic slowly started the creation of ILIA in Vancouver, 2011, a clean beauty line which is out to prove that functionality and stability can work hand in hand when it comes to achieving and maintaining your healthy skin and your good looks.
Throughout her twenties, Sasha was interested in design and typography, studying in London and New York, and working for brands such as Cartier, in marketing and branding.
This experience gave her a good understanding of the world of business which she later on used when she returned to Vancouver and founded the beginnings of ILIA.
The name, ILIA, is Slavic in heritage and has a double meaning.
It comes from their great grandfather who was a high-end shoe designer from Belgrade, in former Yugoslavia and it means hand made shoes and also organic and healthy, which captures the brand.
